Tom + Anais is an award-winning Mortgage Consultant team, once again being awarded the Top 1% Mortgage Consultants in Canada in 2025 by Mortgage Alliance. Partnering up in 2019, Tom + Anais saw value in working together as a team to allow their clients to have not one, but two Senior Mortgage Consultants available to them at any time.

Tom + Anais have a team that works behind the scenes so that they can be in front of their clients every day focusing on their distinctive needs and their long-term financial goals. Each of their clients is unique and different, therefore Tom + Anais believe their lending strategy should be as well. How we do it

Tom + Anais are not only business partners but cousins. For them, family comes first – and when you work with them, you are family.
